I've signed up to run the 2006 Peachtree Road Race on July 4th. This is the most popular 10K road race in the world.
This page will track my progress as I train. It's been a good 3+ months since I've done any real physical activity (I'm super lazy!). I've only run in 2 organized races before. 1st was the 2005 Dinosaur Dash 5K. I ran this in appx 25.5 minutes. 2nd was a 10K, run in 1:05.
